Care & Maintenance:
To keep your alpaca shoes in pristine condition, we recommend gently brushing off any dirt or dust with a soft bristle brush after each use. Do not machine wash and avoid using soap or chemical cleaning products on any part of your shoes.

Shipping Information:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout in function of the delivery address. Within the E.U., your order should arrive within three to five business days. Outside the E.U., your order should arrive within seven to ten business days.

Return & Exchange:
